Adoption Pricing
Cotton Creek Labradoodles are $3400 as of January 1, 2022. Puppies are sold as PETS only. They are NOT sold with breeding rights and proof of spay/neuter will be required by 10 months of age.
Deposit Information
Important: If, for any reason, you choose not to purchase a puppy from Cotton Creek Labradoodles your deposit will not be refunded. Cotton Creek Labradoodles has the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone for any reason, if we choose not to sell you a puppy, your deposit will be refunded.
Payment Information
A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to be placed on our Waiting List. The deposit is applied to the purchase price of $3400. When puppies are two weeks old, a payment of $1,550 is due. The final payment of $1,550 is due when the puppies are 6 weeks old.
All payments must clear our bank before a puppy leaves our care.
Puppies go home between 8 and 9 weeks of age, after vaccinations and vet exam.
You will have your puppy spayed/neutered between 6 and 10 months of age. Within 30 days, you must send us proof of spay/neuter from your veterinarian along with your puppy’s microchip number.
Picking Up Your Puppy
Per Federal regulations effective November 2013: Shipping is available ONLY if a buyer views the puppy at the Breeder’s home, designated location or has a proxy on their behalf see the puppy prior to adoption.
